  • What are your rental hours?

    Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays are full day, 16 hour rentals from 8am-Midnight.

    All other days are rented by the half day. 8am-3pm or 3pm-10pm.

  • What is your alcohol policy?

    Alcohol sales and bartenders are handled through our bar services at The Shop DSM. Please inquire to learn more about our offerings.

    No outside alcohol allowed on the premises.

  • Can I bring my own caterer?

    We have a list of experienced caterers that you can choose from, or you can bring in your own food prepared by a licensed caterer of your choice.

    There’s a caterer staging space with a sink, ice machine, and catering tables.

  • Do you have internet in the building?

    Yes, we do have guest WiFi!

    We also have a projector with HDMI hookup.

  • When is payment due?

    50% due upon booking your date. The remainder of the balance is due two weeks prior to your event date.

    In the event of a cancellation, you will forfeit your deposit.

  • Can I clean up after my rental time?

    Anything brought on the premises from an outside vendor is required to be removed by the renter and/or vendor within your contracted rental time.

  • Can I add décor to the space?

    Yes- DIY or bring your vendor of choice!

    Renters can hang décor on the wall with command hooks or materials that will not damage the walls and can be easily removed.

  • Are tables and chairs included in the rental price?

    Up to 20 round tables are included with the rental, each seating 10 guests. Rectangle tables are available for catering services as well.

    Any additional seating required will be coordinated by the renter from an outside vendor and at their own cost.

  • What is the capacity of the space?

    We are a multi-level space that can accommodate several different set ups.

    Our main level (The Shop), with large round tables, for a seated dinner will seat approximately 200 people. We have large round tables and chairs included with the rental, but you are welcome to bring in your own as well.

    If you plan to host a cocktail reception in the main floor with smaller tables and standing room, we can accommodate up to 315 people.

    The Rooftop has a capacity of 115 and The Basement Lounge can seat 120.

    All three levels are included with your rental.
