EVENT KICK-OFF

Kick off your conference in the Main Hall, a spacious and elegant space perfect for keynote speeches, presentations, and Breaking out into tables for group work sessions. With flexible seating options and modern amenities, the Main Hall provides a professional setting for both large group discussions and smaller workshops.

Break

After the morning session, take a break on the rooftop to enjoy a catered snack with a view of downtown des Moines. Expecting rain, no problem! Participants can also be served in the basement lounge, where they can sit back and relax between sessions.

Second Session

After the break, participants will gather back in the Main Hall for their second session of the day.

Lunch

After the second session, enjoy a catered meal and connect with colleagues, creating valuable networking opportunities.

Afternoon Breakout Groups

In the afternoon, take your sessions to the Rooftop, where fresh air and panoramic views of downtown Des Moines inspire creativity during workshops, panel discussions, or team-building activities, or split your group up between the three different spaces for breakout groups.

Wrap Up/Awards
